Emerald Springs House w/access to Colorado River

Colorado River private gated street. Off roading boating hunting fishing sandbars wakeboarding skiing mining gambling so much more. 14 miles West of Quartzsite 30 minutes to Parker. House is Western style spacious with many amenities. Outdoor persons dream! 4bed 3 bath and a toddler bed. Bbq/patio face sunrise. Stores <10 min away. Casino 30 min North. Private community launch ramp with courtesy dock for launching and loading only. Beaches in community and close by boat or car. Waterfowl!

☆ Modern home with parking/public boat ramp ☆

Come and enjoy this beautiful home in Parker, AZ! This house has all the amenities that are needed for you to enjoy your much needed getaway. The open floor plan living area is perfect for lounging, and is large enough to to accommodate 6 guests with 1 additional air mattress. Every bedroom has storage for guests who are seeking a longer stay along with an AC and TV in each room. The public boat ramp is directly down the street to make for a easy, stress-free weekend. *No garage access.

Lakeview home near Havasu Springs and Parker Strip

2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Hillcrest Bay overlooking Havasu Springs, Lake Havasu and the Bill Williams Refuge. Home has been updated with new paint, new vanities, countertops and updated flooring throughout. It sits directly between Lake Havasu and Parker Arizona, and is 1 mile from the Colorado River and less than a mile from Lake Havasu boat ramp. Home is fully appointed and has a washer/dryer in a separate shed. Everything you need to boat, fish, hike, bike, etc.

This bright, peaceful desert/river home was fully restored giving a modern vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master suite and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and central heat and air. Designed with tranquility in mind to make your stay feel like you are right at home. We’re a 1-minute drive to the river and community launching ramp. This River House is a place to enjoy the river, relax, and make memories!

The Round House

This awesome Round House has been completely renovated and is ready for your river experience. Whether you ride in the desert or cruise the river all day, Big River has it all. Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you're at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.

The lighthouse

This little home is brand new, be the first to stay here. It is waking distance to the launch ramp, boat parking. The laundry room is outside with an extra shower and toilet, with a/c and heat it. Close to the bars on the Parker Strip. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Walk out the back, you are in the outback. You have it all, hiking, boating, off roading and fishing.
