Luminous Upper Level Loft in Historical Building

Live a laid back Parisian lifestyle in this classic French architecture home. The residence features exposed beam cathedral ceilings reminiscent of a ship's hull, a large skylight, a street view balcony, tasteful chic furnishings, and an open lounge. I propose this splendid luminous loft under the roofs. The decoration is with stylish furnitures and some vintage objects. There is a fireplace (functional in winter) in the middle of the living room. All amenities: - washing and drying machines - clean towels and linen - kitchen fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, induction stoves, toaster and kettle) - free wifi access Je suis disponible via la messagerie Airbnb et par SMS The apartment is right in central Paris and is walking distance from Montorgeuil, Le Louvre, Palais Royal, Opéra, the Grands Boulevards, and theaters. The area boasts a number of restaurants and cafes, with access to public transportation. The closest métro stations are "Bourse" and "Grands Boulevards". There is a Vélib station (byclicle rental) right in front of the building entrance. Don't be afraid, it is at the 5th floor without lift. It is very frequent in the typical Parisian buildings. Not tiring and really worth it ;)

Montorgueil charme

Dans le coeur du quartier piétons et branché de Montorgueil, animé par ses nombreux restaurants, cafés et les boutiques de la rue Montorgueil, cet appartement au 3ème étage a été rénové et décoré comme une suite d'un hotel de luxe. L' appartement est totalement équipé : lave vaisselle, micro onde, wifi gratuit. La cuisine vous permettra de cuisiner avec tous les plats et ustensiles nécessaires si un soir vous ne souhaitez pas diner dehors. Son emplacement idéal permet de rayonner dans le centre de Paris à pied. Stations RER et métros sont également à proximité. Literie de qualité (160x200) qui vous permettra des nuits calmes et reposantes. Appartement calme et lumineux.

Very spacious newly renovated apt near Madeleine

Appartement de 85 m2 rénové entièrement en 2021, très luxueux avec moulures et 3m30 de hauteur sous plafond dans un immeuble Haussmannien, au cœur de Paris dans le quartier de la Madeleine. Vous serez à quelques pas de la place de la Madeleine, de place de la Concorde, de l'Opéra, des Champs Elysée, Tuileries ou encore du Louvre. Pour les adeptes du shopping parisien vous serez dans votre élément avec la rue Saint Honoré, le Printemps Haussmann, les Galeries la Fayette, Opéra et de la Madeleine.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.
