The studio apartment is situated at the rear of the stand-alone brick double garage with its own private entrance & off street parking. It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. A comfortable lounge area. also, a radio that can be paired to your devices so you can play you own music, Tv & Free Wi-Fi included.

The Palms Apartments is in a prime location on Main Street, spotlessly clean, and has been recently renovated to give a sleek, modern aesthetic. We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.
