The Lookout - dream, hide, explore

Calling all explorers, dreamers and creatives! Come for a quick retreat or stay to write that book. The lookout was built by owner Rob himself over ten years. There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Unbelievable Sea Views from balcony in Simonstown!

Views, Views, Views is what this beautiful, comfortable apartment offers. Uninterrupted sunrise views are out of this world! Up on a hill, fully equipped, light & bright. The balcony is enclosed with a glass sliding door, so you can sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors)

Located 3 minutes walk from the beach, this light, bright and airy 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect blend of ocean side bliss and upmarket luxury. Plumbago Cottage

A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

Whale Rock Apartment. A true Cape Town holiday.

WHALE ROCK Apartment is named after the imposing granite boulder standing in the ocean below, where "My Octopus Teacher" was filmed. A stunning patio provides your entrance, and your pool deck leads off the patio. Views across False Bay can be enjoyed from every angle. While being able to enjoy the beautiful accommodation, guests will also be within walking distance of world famous beaches, as well as being a short drive away from Cape Point, and from the quaint centre of Simons Town.

Private poolside luxury studio with sea view

Wake up in Blue Skies Studio and look across your private swimming pool to see the sun rise over the ocean. This 72 square meter studio with its outdoor lifestyle has private access, parking on the property and excellent security. It is in the mountains, sheltered from the wind and walking distance from Boulders Beach and the penguins. There's lots to do, but you may not want to leave. It is a perfect haven for a short escape, longer-term retreat or the ideal “Work-from-Home” location.

Endless Views & Privacy

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

ONLY TWO PEOPLE ALLOWED. Private self-catering apartment with one bedroom and on suite bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Fridge/freezer, induction stove and microwave oven. Complementary shampoo, body lotion, coffee, tea sugar and biscuits. Own Patio. We are situated in picturesque Simon's town, home of the SA navy, 10 minutes drive from the famous Boulders beach, where the African Penguins swim among bathers in the sheltered beach.

Swim (and walk) with the penguins

Walk to safe swimming beaches and to the penguins in 3 minutes, or wander into historic Simonstown village. Our guest suite is small (6m X 2m), but offers everything you need, plus a view of the sea: wi-fi, a comfortable double bed, the means to make breakfast, place to eat or check emails – and privacy from the main house. It has a separate entrance and a private bathroom. A small garden for your exclusive use offers a table, chairs and Weber.

Penguin Apartment. Pool. Stunning sea views

Spacious beautiful modern apartment with amazing wide sea view, and a private patio and pool. In short walking distance to mountain (5 min up the road through guinea fowl sanctuary), a minutes walk to the shore, 1km from Fisherman's beach (with penguin viewing nearby), just 5 minutes from Simonstown centre, 15 minutes drive to Cape Point Nature reserve. Peaceful refuge for both business and holiday visits. Great location for divers too.
