Antico casale con piscina tra Foligno e Assisi

Pietra, ferro e legno; questi sono i materiali utilizzati dai miei bisnonni per costruire, sulle fondamenta di un antico monastero, il casale S.Lorenzo sorto sulla sommità di una collina di ulivi che domina la città di Foligno. Il casale, ristrutturato nel 2015, è ammobiliato in stile country. Ciascuna abitazione dispone, al piano terra, di un soggiorno con divano letto, angolo cottura, bagno e camino mentre al primo piano si trovano 2 camere matrimoniali e un bagno.

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!

Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.

Casale Poggiolo Basso - The place of silence

Surrounded 360 degrees by fields and hills, with a large cypress and olive trees garden, Poggiolo Basso is an old brick house, built in the early '900 and remained intact over time. The ideal place to spend holidays or short breaks and experience nature, ”slowness", and especially silence; a place where you can cultivate love for art and culture, sport, cooking, and psycho-physical well-being.

Peaceful country house with a large garden featuring centuries-old olive trees, a mini Jacuzzi hydromassage pool, a 5.50 x 3.00 m in-ground saltwater pool lined with wood, and a sauna nestled in the olive grove. Located on Monte Pausillo on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 15 minutes from Lake Trasimeno, it's a fantastic spot for mountain biking or hiking.
