Place was clean and the yard was great for the dogs! The street it's on is pretty busy, but we didn't have issues.

This is our second time staying ion this fabulous Airbnb. It is so clean and comfortable! The detailed instructions for checking in make everything so easy. We walked to a wonderful restaurant! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and the kitchen are spotless! We will be back! Highly recommend!

This was our second four night stay at this property and both experiences were outstanding. House is in great condition and in nice neighborhood, with modern kitchen and good layout. Garage is accessible to guests for parking. Communication with the host was excellent both times we stayed here. Plan to stay here again on our next trip to Amarillo to visit family.

Charming 2br house with open kitchen/dining/living area. Convenient to local attractions, but on a quiet street. Megan was attentive, but not in your business. She had a list of local restaurants etc there to help find things. House was clean and neat, and had all we needed and more. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Palo Duro Canyon is only 15 or 20 min away. Lovely meadow view off the back porch facing east, and front facing west. We unfortunately had rain, but I expect sunrise and sunset are very nice here.

We love staying in Rick and Brandon’s places. They are nicely decorated and clean. Response time for communication is great. We will continue to stay in their properties when we are in Amarillo. I highly recommend them as hosts and providers of great accommodations.

We got this Airbnb since we had an early church service the next morning, and it ended up being perfect for us. It’s just a block from our church, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful, and the house was exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and felt like home. We’ll definitely be back!

God-tier house for a the price of just a room elsewhere ! Super well located within Amarillo. Pretty quiet area but still close to freeway and downtown. Easy parking right in front. Beds were comfortable. Large TVs are a nice touch, as is the collection of DVD movies in the basement. Wifi was fast. 2 main bedrooms with a basement (2 additional beds down there, I think) that connects to bedroom #2. Yard is pleasant and has a playground for kids. I didn't test the AC because the weather was nice. The house could use a little maintenance here and there, but it was amazing for the price.
