We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt von vier Nächten bei Edward in Colombo. Die Wohnung war noch schöner als auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist angenehm luftig dank mehrerer Ventilatoren, das Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Das große Bett mit vier Kissen war sehr bequem, es gibt viele praktische Ablageflächen und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet: Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine. Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Reinigungsmittel waren vorhanden, auch Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife im Bad. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein nettes Café ist um die Ecke, das Zentrum mit dem Tuk Tuk schnell erreichbar. Edward war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und buchen bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Colombo wieder diese Wohnung! Vielen Dank, Edward!

I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

Rizans place at tri zen provides a great stay for short n long periods. It’s well kept and he is always available to assist. Location is great and you have the super market and some good restaurants nearby, just across the road. I would not look around for another place to stay next time while in Cbo.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

Had a really good stay at Shiffan's apartment on Marine Drive! The place was just as shown in the photos – super clean, with spotless linen and sparkling bathrooms. It’s easy to overlook the fact that it’s non-AC in the description, but the natural breeze and good ventilation made it quite comfortable. Shiffan is a great host – friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. He also gave helpful tips and local recommendations that made my time in Colombo even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a neat, well-maintained apartment with a thoughtful host in a lovely location.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.
