We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at gorge cottage, it really is a peaceful and tranquil place, the sound of the stream flowing at the bottom of the gorge also adds to the serenity of the house. Theunes was a very friendly and attentive host, he made us feel extremely welcome from check in to check out. We were also pleasantly surprised with the house itself, it has an old house feel from the surrounds and the layout but the modern finishes are just amazing, from the kitchen counters to the modern light switches, we loved it all. It was the perfect stay for a couple of days outside of the city.

We and our kids had a wonderful stay at the Donkey Dairy farm. We had an unusual stay, insofar as the first day that we were there, the dairy was closed to the public and on the second day, it was open and busy. So my daughters experienced the farm without the busyness, as well as with visitors. Highlights: The friendly staff the beautiful spring water running through the taps The child-friendly hiking trail Lucas the sheep dog. We hope to return some day soon.

We were attending a wedding nearby and had a great stay at the Cabin! It was immaculately clean and particularly peaceful and tranquil!

Sabrina is such a wonderful host and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. We had a wonderful two day stay wish we could have stayed longer,the kids enjoyed seeing zebras roaming around,they enjoyed swimming and playing by the entertainment area within the estate.Lovely area in the estate to braai with a dam view.The house just felt like home super quiet.Looks exactly like in the pictures but bigger.A comfortable stay for my family of 4.we definitely recommend Khanya's place.She is a lovely host.

We needed a creative, out-of-town venue for our annual company strategic planning breakaway, and Idwala Le Ingwe Lodge proved to be the ideal place! We had an amazing and very productive time there, and all our planning sessions were held outside, overlooking the Hekpoort area. The lodge was a great choice. It offers great views, four amazing bedrooms, and a massive open entertainment area—great for working, bonding, and team-building. Being less than an hour out of town, we will definitely revisit the lodge in future,

Enormous house with comfortable furniture and beds. We loved sitting in the garden with morning coffee. Great spot for a family break!
