You will fall in LOVE with the Sandhills when seeing the breathtaking view from this home that sits on 6 acres of land 2 miles outside of Ericson! Close to Lake Ericson, Cedar River, Calamus Reservoir and Pibel Lake. We are still renovating and appreciate our guests understanding our imperfections. We offer amenities such as coffee, an electric grill, 36” black stone griddle, deck, patio, fire pit and more. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home provides one of the most beautiful views in Wheeler County!

This is a great quiet lake community. Our property has a lake on one side of it and a river on the other. This cabin is so spacious, woody, and comfortable. The beds are all memory foam and very nice. In the area, people kayak or canoe the river and lake, airboat on the North Loup River that flows by. We have an airboat ramp for use. The area has many fun things to do. A Distillery, a winery, a few restaurants, horse racing nearby in Grand Island. There is much more! 3 miles of gravel to travel.

Welcome to The Pepper Shed! This is a unique utility, used as a dog house for our family dog Pepper. It has a built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Boo's Barn

Escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside in this new charming building that is nestled in 5 acres of grassland, vineyard, and gardens. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Sip coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise over the valley. This unique place has a style all its own. Being the home of a former corner gas/service station, we remodeled the inside to make it quaint, comfortable, and entertaining for a passer through or visitor of the small town of Palmer.
