Our lower level retreat is situated on a quiet, wooded lot & offers easy access to downtown, colleges, I-70, and Hwy 63. A neighborhood park & trailhead to the Hominy Creek trail are nearby (part of CoMo’s excellent trail system). Basement incl. family room, kitchenette (fridge & microwave), two bedrooms, & full bath. King-sized air mattress also available. Backyard features an outdoor table & swing. No pets or smoking are allowed. Please note that house is on a hill, so the driveway is sloped.

Full bathroom. Heat and A/C controls in unit. This would be ideal for a short term stay while in the Columbia area.
