We had a great stay at Erica’s house! The house was very spacious and had everything we could need, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out. We also really enjoyed how close it was to downtown! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay in Columbia!

A nice secluded home with plenty of space for a group or family gathering. A group of 10 came in for the Mizzou game and everyone was able to have their own space, and there was ample space to gather and hang out as well. It's a bit south of town, but its a short drive to get anywhere.

Peaceful perfection. Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an memorable family stay. Kirsten was a tremendous host and very responsive. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome and at home. It was a joy to share her home and we plan to return.

We would certainly stay here again. Cara was a very attentive host, the home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future when visiting our daughter!

This home was very comfy and cozy. It was very clean and had plenty of clean linen. It was easy to access and lock up. Susan and her family was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure the home was setup to my family's comfort. If I'm ever in Columbia again, this home will definitely be my first choice. The only thing I would want to change would be to provide an option cover the windows in the kitchen. It gives me an uneasy feeling that other people can see inside. Still a 5 star stay!!! Thank you, Susan!

Kimberly’s home was wonderful and an amazing place to stay will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Loved all her dogs and animals hot tub was perfect and jet tub in the bathroom felt amazing after a long day. Kimberly helped and kept communication in case we needed anything. Evolve the people running this listing need more people skills asked some questions and they couldn’t answer.

Funky little spot right in the middle of downtown. I always like staying downtown when I’m in Columbia for board meetings at Mizzou, keeps me from having to rent a car and I can walk everywhere. I was thrilled to find this space right in the middle of everything. Only thing I will say is that if you have ambulatory issues, there are a few steps to get into the apartment.
