Located in Gorgie and 5 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium tram stop, our beautiful 1 bedroom flat is a PERFECT base for exploring Edinburgh. It is spacious enough to fit 3 to 4 guests.Great location and easy access to local amenities: 7-10 mins into citycenter on Lothian bus 30; 8 mins to Haymarket station on bus 2, 3,33,25. Bus 2 right outside the door takes you straight to the old town castle. Tram stop is nearby. Sainsbury, Aldi and McDonald's are round the corner. Only weekend free parking.

Premier City Centre Location - Bright & Spacious

Uniquely placed in the heart of Edinburgh allowing short walks to all major attractions, this is a fantastic 2nd floor city centre apartment (flat) situated in the heart of Edinburgh's bustling, tourist, shopping and night life. We have flexible accommodation to suit up to 5 people. We have a large bedroom with 2 single beds (these can also be put together to create a super king bed). The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. A further fold out bed is available on request for the large bedroom.

Charming Apartment, Perfect for Romantic Getaway

Unwind at this Stunning top floor flat. The flat is built with hard wood flooring, high ceilings and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. The apartment is located in the heart of the city within walking distance to all the local attractions (10 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, 6 Minutes walk to Grassmarket,10 Minutes walk to the Old Town , this only to mention a few). You will not be short of Cafe's, Pubs and Restaurant to choose from as they are right on the doorstep.

Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.

The Wee Highland Coo, Grassmarket

The Wee Highland Coo is a cosy apartment located in the historic Grassmarket area of Edinburghs Old Town. The private and quiet courtyard complex, which has a stunning view of the Castle, is the perfect base from which to explore what Edinburgh has to offer. All the main attractions, a wide selection of great bars, restaurants and cafes are all on your doorstep and only a short walk away.

Lovely one bedroom flat within 2 minute's walk from Burntisland links and beautiful beach, play park and Sands Hotel for beer garden and nice food. Comfortable newly modernised flat with private rear garden and off-street parking within walking distance of all local amenities including main eastcoast trainline for easy transfers to Edinburgh/ Dundee and beyond.

Centrally located spacious Victorian flat.

Spacious ground floor apartment with courtyard(shared). Prime location in a quiet historical area close to the Cathedral. Shops, restaurants, The Old Course and beaches are all within easy walking distance. Comfortably furnished. Spacious walk-in cupboard ideal for golf clubs, luggage etc. Well equipped modern kitchen. TV and Wifi.
