We had a wonderful stay at this newly refurbished Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated & we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - a short walk to Voëlklip Beach & a restaurant called Hopside Down. Although our time was brief, we were only there for two nights, it catered to our needs, with thoughtful touches, like bottles of waters next to the beds, delicious biscuits, coffee etc & throws for the chilly mornings & evenings. The Dart Board was a hit with my 3 teens, just wished we could have used the Indoor Braai area. The check-in process was comprehensive & straightforward. All in all we had great stay & would definitely stay there again when we next visit Hermanus…

A stunning home with beautiful finishes; spacious enough to accomodate our party of 8. It has everything you need and such special care has been taken with special touches in the bathroom and kitchen. The large backyard also provided hours of fun for a game of boulle! Walking distance to the market and excellent coffee shops. Only thing to note is that the pool water is icey cold, given that no sunlight gets to it. But that aside, we will still no doubt book to stay again.

Just speechless. The place is beautiful, well located, and has every facility in the home you may possible need! My partner (who has little reaction to anything) said it was what he imagined paradise to be like. You can tell that so much detail went into the home - it was truly a sanctuary and we hope to stay here again. Thank you x

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and instantly felt like home. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the water with a perfect jetty. We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring the area. Communication with Madi was excellent—she was super helpful and even arranged for wood to be delivered for us. The neighbours were lovely too, which just added to the warm and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

I booked last minute and couldn't spend long there, but was warmly welcomed and impressed by the views. Would certainly come back.

We spent a family Easter weekend at Nicki's house. It has great open plan living; a well-appointed kitchen; lovely bedding; clean bathrooms with plenty of spare towels; and a secluded braai area. The location is excellent.

My family has a great time at Cara’s. The house is spacious and comfortable. Our two dogs were safe and couldn’t escape the property while enjoying downtime during the day. Close the beach and central Hermanus (a good launchpad).

Nicki is an amazing host. She was very accommodating to our needs and very understanding when we requested a bigger unit with 2 bedrooms the last minute. Her Airbnb was the best out of all the places we stayed during our visit to South Africa. It was spotless, very clean, modern, well decorated and in beautiful surrounds. The location is perfect as it is right next door to Bon Cap wedding guest venue where we were attending a wedding. Thank you so much Nicki.
