Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Bluebird Guest Suite is located on the west side of Idaho Falls near the airport and a few minutes from I-15 and US HWYs 20 & 26. This cozy numbered street house is centrally located near Downtown Idaho Falls .There are many Boutique shops, local eateries and bars in downtown . Like Big box stores? Sam's Club, Walgreens and Albertson's are also close by. So many other things to do! Short distance from the Snake river green belt, the Falls, Snake River Landing and the Idaho falls Zoo. All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
