New Pinecrest apartment in park like setting. Charming space is artfully decorated and attached to the main residence/art studio. The grounds are surrounded by tall conifers and landscaped vegetable/flower gardens. Relax under the stars, build a campfire and enjoy the outdoors. Close to walking trails & bike trails. All seasons recreation at your fingertips, waiting for you with shops and dining, just 2.5 miles to downtown Sandpoint/City Beach. 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter

Elga’s Acres - entire apartment. Sleeps 4

The cabins were moved here in the 1960s from the Farragut Naval Base, where they were company housing. Clean, lived in and comfortable. We are walking distance of a theatre, mall, grocery store and a short walk to the lake path that leads to town. 3 miles to the base of Schweitzer. There is a large un-fenced back yard. Our units are not suitable for children. There is a busy cafe, highway and railroad tracks. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing oasis, this is probably not a good fits

The Colburn Schoolhouse - Blueberry Suite

detached dwelling with privacy and right off the main highway between Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint (7 minutes to Sandpoint and the lake). Also, 21 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort. Enjoy the Pacific Northwest gorgeous mountain views, train lines, Lots of water, old mountain towns, and much more. The property around the unit is tidy and has room for your kids to enjoy getting outside as well as room for barbecues and leisure time. Dogs are acceptable with additional fees.

Lake Street Cottage ~Walk to town~ Bikes Included!

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!

Welcome to your fantastic vacation rental home in Sandpoint. This is a nicely updated house with smart touches everywhere. You will be delighted with the location, coffee shops, local retail stores, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk down the block. Fully appointed kitchen, on-site laundry, private patio area with Weber grill and fire pit. This place is perfect for a weekend visit or multi-week stay. Check it out!

Cabin on Spring Creek Pond

Rustic 120 year old, historic luxury cabin in the heart of beautiful Selle Valley surrounded by the Selkirk, Cabinet and Monarch mountain ranges. Amazing mountain views from 20 acre horse ranch. Only a mile from Idaho's largest lake, Lake Pend Oreille, 20 minutes to Schweitzer Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Sandpoint. Lots of room for outdoor activities. Come meet the horses. Enjoy the wildlife! Welcome to Blackridge Cabin! Come enjoy the perfect mountain cabin right on the edge of Kootenai National Forest. Private Hot tub, hiking trails, fire pit (seasonal ), outside dog kennel available, bunny farm, chicken coop, and treats!. 30 minutes to Schweitzer, 25 minutes to Sandpoint, 10 minutes to Bonners Ferry. Dog-friendly studio cottage located 1 mile from downtown. Perfect for budget-conscious guests who are cozy in a smaller space. Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, & coffee maker.
