Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

My exceptionally beautiful, welcoming home with breathtaking close-up ocean view is a perfect for your romantic getaway, artist retreat or small family gathering. Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Bolinas Costal Cottage

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

Cute mid-century home that is newly remodeled with a modern and minimalist vibe. Featuring high-speed internet, a working space, vinyl record player, a small library, 4k tv with streaming options, a nice outdoor deck to enjoy with a propane grill, outdoor shower and three person sauna as well. Experience stunning nature views and serenity from a private fenced in property. Lookout or listen for the cute quail residents. Explore the nearby beaches, nature hikes and a tiny but vibrant downtown.

Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.

Mount Tamalpais View — the Heart of Marin County

Stunning views of Mount Tamalpais off the deck. Modern appliances, quartz counters and oak hardwood floors. Large windows and french doors allow year round sun. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking at trailheads just a short walk or ride down the road. Make the drive to West Marin and the Wine Country. A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

Yet FAR off the main road, and deep within the back of our private, quiet beach compound. Your own private beach shack! New, modern feel, simple, bright, lots of windows, cozy, small, off to itself, beach shack. Its own private backyard within the back of our beach compound. Private bathroom, with super hot outdoor shower, short walk away.

This rustic yet luxurious cabin is the perfect place to unplug. Walk through the woods, relax by a fire, and enjoy the food and wine of the Russian River Valley. 10 minutes from the beach. Minutes from Occidental, Graton, Forestville, and Guerneville. House has a full bathroom, bedroom downstairs with a Cal King bed and one upstairs with two twin beds. 5 acres in the redwoods, trampoline, fire pit area, high-speed Internet.

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Stinson Oceanfront - La Sirena

Feel at home on the beach... La Sirena is a bright and clean 1 BR upstairs apartment. Full kitchen + private deck w/ gas BBQ. Available for 1 or 2 adults only. Comfy queen bed. Enjoy stunning views of the beach, ocean & mountain. Shared backyard. 1 dog welcome, $75 - charged separately once your booking is confirmed and accepted by the host. (no cats please)
