We are delighted to offer one of the most unique accommodations in Croatia, in the abandoned eco-ethno village of Humac. Villa dates back to 1880, and it was completely renovated in 2020. Amelie is a brand new and luxury furnished apartment. It is fully equipped that provides a comfortable and easy stay, feeling you are in a old stone sailboat - perfect and amazing view on island Hvar. The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront, brand new, fully equipped and very modern, with some specific touch. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is only 50 m distance. Nearby are shops, bakeries, boutiques, pizzerias, restaurants......

The apartment is spread over 120m2 on 2nd floor of hous. Comprises living room, dining room and kitchen,3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Every room in the apartment is air conditioned. The view from the apartments overlooking the sea. Large terrace is located on the floor below. You can use the grill on the owner's terrace. Apartment is located 3 min. walk to the beach. Distance from the center is 600 m. Bus station is located 300 m from the house.

Seaview apartment "Conte" near beach in Hvar town!
