This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Newly renovated! Boutique hotel located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in downtown Comfort. Our 1890 Hotel has been lovingly restored in April 2018. The Lauren Suite is located on the second floor, a quick trip up the exterior staircase. Your private entrance leads to a relaxing living/dining area. Best location...10 minutes to Sea World, Fiesta (Six Flags), La Cantera Shopping, 15 minutes to Rim, 25 minutes to River Walk. Quiet neighborhood close to Old Helotes. All houses are on acreage. Very kind and friendly host. New construction. Save money by using fully equipped kitchen. The playground is available for the younger guests. This apartment is on second floor and detached from main house offering excellent privacy.

Penthouse @ The Towers of Comfort.

Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Perfect location for hill country dining, shopping and attractions. Some of the best wineries along with our local. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
