This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Luminoso con 1 cama de matrimonio(1.50)Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. Con wifi de calidad para tele trabajar mientras disfrutas de unos días de desconexión. Situado en casco histórico próximo a la plaza de toros y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa de La Puntilla. Fácil aparcamiento y con servicios de supermercado, farmacia próximos. Perfecto para descansar y hacer turismo por la bahía de Cádiz. A 5 minutos de restaurante y zonas de ocio. 3 huésped sofá cama

Lovely loft

Disfruta de la sencillez y elegancia de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. El apartamento ocupa parte de la planta baja de nuestra casa de huéspedes, tiene entrada directa desde el patio y disfruta de dos enormes ventanas, lo que lo hace muy luminoso todo el año. Se trata de un mini loft con una mini cocina, una zona de estar y dormitorio todo en uno. Dispone armarios, TV, baño privado, WIFI y por supuesto si lo deseas, puedes utilizar el patio de nuestra casa. No se hace limpieza diaria.

Precioso apartamento con terraza en pleno centro

Precioso y coqueto apartamento de un dormitorio con una inmensa terraza (40m2) de acceso independiente y completamente equipada que mira al Castillo de San Marcos. La casa se encuentra en pleno centro de El Puerto de Santa María, a 2 minutos de bares y restaurantes y a 5 de la estación marítima que conecta con Cádiz. Es una zona muy tranquila, por lo que no tendrás molestias durante tu estancia, a pesar de estar muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El apartamento es ideal para parejas.

Forty House

Apartamento que ocupa la primera planta de un edificio del siglo XIX, rehabilitado por completo respetando la fachada romántica. Decoración actual muy cuidada. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Very well situated with bars, restaurants, shops, etc. A welcoming apartment fully equipped. Sofa bed and open plan kitchen living space. Air conditioning and wifi throughout the apartment. Ideal base for enjoying the beach, terraces and meandering walks through the historic streets of the old town.

Apartamento para adultos y niños mayores de 10 años. No fumadores. Aparcamiento incluido en el precio de la reserva. El Loft se ubica en una bodega jerezana rehabilitada del siglo XVIII. Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

In the best location, right next door to the 5 star Parador Hotel Atlantico, Parque Genoves and 100 meters from the emblematic Caleta beach. 2-Bedroom Apartment with Pool - Cádiz Center

Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
