#1101 Cartwright - Chic Downtown Apartment

Experience city life at its most vibrant in this centrally-located, boutique corner apartment. Walk to nearby restaurants, museums, and galleries, or relax above the downtown din surrounded by skyline views. This spacious apartment offers everything - a stylish space, spectacular views, fast wifi, daily housekeeping, secure garage parking, Netflix, access to a gym and pool. 24/7 front desk and security means to accommodate late check ins. Apartment offers; Air-conditioning/hearting, free and fast wifi, cable TV, free access to swimming pool and gym on 4th floor, free underground parking and 24hr security and front desk. Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. This is the perfect choice for your holiday or business stay. 24hr check in. Key and garage remote to be collected from front desk secure underground parking free access to indoor pool and gym On the day of your arrival the keys will be ready for you to collect anytime from 2pm onwards. Keys will be left in the post box 1101 at reception desk. On the bunch of keys is a garage remote. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. Glen Beach Bungalow Main House

Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Wifi Bath towels Beach Towels Hairdryers - all included. Please note that a breakage deposit of R20 000.00 will need to be signed on arrival. Please make sure that you have a Master or Visa Credit Card available for this. No Debit Cards accepted. Please note that this villa is for Accommodation only and we do not allow Function Venues. Romantic Cape Town Cottage with Mountain Views

This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property. No need for Air Conditioning units as the mountain air in the mornings and evenings will be cool and crisp all year long. There is a ceiling fan, if you need additional cooling. Towels,beach towels,picnic basket all available at the cottage. The space is about 60sqm +

Moroccan Oasis Nestled on the City Bowl Hillside

Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.

Syringa tree main house

This finely crafted and immaculate home is nestled high on the slopes of Signal hill in Green Point. It commands breath taking views of Table Bay; a place of sunrises, sunsets and gathering storms. It is fully fitted and a features an open plan lounge and dining area that flows onto an outside deck shaded by an ancient Syringa tree. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and all amenities. It is private and secure and in walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants.

The Level 3 Penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or just quiet R&R with 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches and the 12 Apostles. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

The Treehouse - location, views and luxury
