Cassis Cottage is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom with a bonus bunk room equipped with an oversized loft bunk and sleeper sofa. (max 5 guests) Located in The Village at Blue Mountain development, a quiet gated community, with an oversized pool, gym and shuffle boards. Most importantly, the gorgeous beaches of 30a are only a short stroll away.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

Summer weeks available! Walk to Beach - 2 Primarys

Starfish Cottage 30A is the perfect home for a family and friends get-away. We are 5-6 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood pool is 1-2 minutes walk from the house. The home features two master suites(one up and one down) with room for up to 10 people. Bikes included with rental. We do not guarantee the condition of the bikes but do our best to make sure they are maintained. Bikes are included as a courtesy.
