A home away from home. At 13 Lester, we can provide guests a choice when booking, to book as a one bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 4) or as a 2 bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 6). Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night

Are you ready to leave your home for a getaway near the beach? Our cozy studio with a private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from East Matunuck State Beach and within walking distance of one of the most popular farm/pond-to-table restaurant-Matunuck Oyster Bar. Enjoy the local restaurants, walk along our beautiful beach, visit Block Island, Newport, Watch Hill or Mystic. We are 15 minutes from the University of RI - Enjoy a sports event or visit with your children or friend.

Mystic Apt#3. Private and self contained.

This is a private stay, the only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. There is a barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You also have your own screened in porch. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.

Take a short walk (less than half a mile) down the hill to downtown, and explore award-winning restaurants, as well as the adorable shops. Scenic views, a wonderful aquarium, and a walk through history at The Mystic Seaport make our town a very special place to visit. Enjoy walking distance to town, and enjoy your stay in our little cottage.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
