Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

Creekside Greek Revival Cottage

Newly restored 1840s Greek Revival cottage with new kitchen, two new bathrooms with showers (no tub) and new mechanical systems, two bedrooms, parking and vegetable and flower gardens with creek and horse pasture views. The house is furnished with 19th century antiques and decorative arts. Easily accessible to farmstands, antiquing, historic sites, restaurants and a nearby state park with an Olympic-size pool. The host lives next door, so help is available when needed, but privacy is allowed.

With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills.
