We are located next to the municipal park, which features a baseball field, tennis court, playground and volleyball area. Our home is right next to the cottage. The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds, tour the house, take a bike ride or picnic on the lawn. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

A small suite located above the town of Jim Thorpe. I am really geared towards couples looking for a weekend getaway. The space is smaller but very easily accomadates two people. A big step up from any hotel room/suite. The rental is not located in the town of Jim Thorpe. I am located about 10 minutes outside of town and about 5 minutes away from Penns Peak. The rental is connected to home but completely seperate.

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a quaint full bathroom, featuring a shower (no bath option) with new flooring. *Please see house rules for non-negotiables, fees, etc. *
