Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Charming retreat with a cozy Master bedroom and second bedroom with bunk bed, perfect for small groups or families. Children’s play park in walking distance. Enjoy a simple, clean aesthetic stay while in town. Ideal for a comfortable stay, this home is only 15 min. to Altoona & Penn State local campus. 25min to State College. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower and outside grille and fire pit.

Quiet lakehouse close to Trough Creek State Park and Lake Raystown Resort. Very spacious with 3 floors with a lot to do including a game room, fire pit, and hot tub room! Close to various boat launches and includes concrete parking space for boat parking. 1 mile from tatmun run boat launch and swimming area allowing for fun for everyone!
