“The Old Butchers" is a little bit of heaven in Devon. Perfectly appointed in every way, this stylish loft style studio is the ideal getaway to relax & rejuvenate or explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of the South Hams. It is a private, self-contained space Complete with shower room, wc & sink. Kitchenette: Fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle & toaster. WIFI & Smart TV, & outside terrace with sea glimpses. There is a small sofa/sofabed (not suitable for adults to sleep on).

Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

On the South Devon Coast path, walk out into open countryside one way or stroll to the pub, brasserie or shop the other way or its 15 minutes down to the beach. 5 minutes to the bus stop for Dartmouth.
