Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

The Couples Cozy Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Clayton and close to stores, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, wineries, Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

We have rented our cabin since 2010. We maintain a clean, spacious and private cabin for what many guests consider one of the best values for this type of accommodation in the area. The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
