Stay here for work, it’s nice and quiet and also clean and it is affordable!

The hosts were pleasant and communicative. When I arrived, the place was clean and stocked with all the essentials (towels, soap paper towels, etc.). Check-in and check-out were super easy. I had never been to Cedar Falls before, and this place was in walking distance of a beautiful main street, good restaurants, and a nice riverwalk area. I would add (as a comment, not critique) that this property is a better fit for folks in my situation - travelers who are just looking for a place to clean up, unwind after a long day of exploring, and sleep. It's not The Ritz-Carlton, so if you're picky about some small holes in the wall, a shower drain that's kind of slow, or some slightly-thinner walls, than you might be better off elsewhere. For me, however, this was great and met my needs.

Great location for anyone looking for nice area!!

There were a few issues with the first room I checked into and when I messaged the host we were immediately moved to a newly renovated room that cost more - but our host did not charge us anything more for the room. He/they responded quickly and politely to any messages and did everything to make it a great stay. Loved the room and amenities. I recommend this for a stay in historical downtown Cedar Falls.

always great to stay at one of her locations

The host, Denise, was great to work with. She is very responsive and did everything she could to ensure a great stay. The rental was great. The entire property was well-kept. It's in walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was a great experience.

Very reasonably priced, communication was very good, perfect for what we needed it for!

Nice tiny apartment in a great location. It is near everything you could need. The apartment is small, but well equipped for a short stay. Denice is a fantastic host! She is super responsive and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure everything was great for me. My only complaint was the internet was a bit spotty at times. I work remotely, and it didn’t cause any real problems, but it was a bit annoying with video calls. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Awesome

Clean and a unique feel. This is just a place to lay your head while exploring the city or if you just need a rest. Price was fair compared to Hotel, but has none of the creature comforts that you would get for a few more bucks. HOWEVER I would stay again because it is exactly as advertised and again the price was fair.
