Please read carefully: Offering an entire one room guest house, the space is completely separate/detached from the main home, providing complete solitude. This is meant to be an affordable alternative to other options. There is an incinerator toilet and sink, however, there is NO running water of any kind provided for this space, it is a great location to sleep, rest or relax and watch some TV, read, do some work, or just enjoy the quiet. High Speed Wifi provided. No breakfast.

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! ** At times during the winter, due to heavy snow or icy conditions, AWD or 4WD ... and good tires... are REQUIRED . *** Also, please note that headbolt heaters are often necessary on vehicles in Fairbanks during the winter. Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

Walking through the kitchen/dining area into the living room is a pullout couch with extra linens and large windows to let in the Alaskan sun. This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. Please note, there is some trim to be finished. Upgrades are being finished between guest.

No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs.
