Separate Apartment in big Villa

We are renting our separate apartment. It located on the side of the house, in our basement, so slightly in-ground but with natural light. In the main house we are running mostly a Coliving Space for Remote Workers or rent it out to groups. Depending on the setup, we can free up the apartment for Airbnb guests to have their private and a full accomodation for themselves. Perfect also for tidy workers on prefessional work placement.
