Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Au coeur du canton du Jura, en Suisse, le hameau de Séprais se tient là, dans un écrin de verdure, en pleine campagne. Tout au bout de cette rue d'un vingtaine de fermes villageoises se trouve un grenier aménagé en duplex, appelé LA BORBIATTE. Séprais ne compte ni boulangerie, ni épicerie, ni restaurant mais vous trouverez tout cela à Boécourt (à 2,5km, 25 minutes à pied).
