Pham Viet Chanhエリアにある素敵なホテルでした。 周囲には飲食店が多く、静かなエリアに位置しているため、落ち着いて滞在を楽しむことができます。観光客向けのホテルというよりも、長期滞在に適したホテルという印象を受けました。 また、ホテルの設備も快適で、部屋の清潔さやスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。周辺には日本食レストランやカフェも多く、日本人にも馴染みやすい環境が整っています。 静かで便利なロケーションと居心地の良い空間が魅力的で、ぜひまた訪れたいと思える場所でした。

敷地内の建物の位置が違かったですが、スムーズにチェックインできました。室内は簡素ですが、清潔でした。

Everything is very well prepared, clean. The bedroom is very good-looking, the balcony space is cool, the view is on the 30th floor. There are full cooking utensils, towels, shampoo. Except that the TV cannot be used because it is not programmed. In particular, the host Yu and her staff are very attentive in guiding me and responding to messages very quickly and necessary. Will come back to Yuhouse when I have the opportunity to come to LM81. This feedback is not written by bot, so please don't worry when booking!

2군 위치라 접근성도 좋고 집도 깨끗합니다. 다만 근처 대로변이 있어 새벽에 화물차 크락션 소리가 좀 거슬리는 정도 ? 그외에는 베스트 !!

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

It was easy to access the apartment following the instructions given. Host was quick to respond and helped answer questions any we had about the local area during our stay. Apartment was clean and building was good, with a lovely big pool and room with table tennis tables etc. Was easy and cheap to get a grab from the apartment to access other areas. Big mall across the road and another one 700m down the road. Lots of coffee shops, mini markets and bakery’s around the apartment. Would stay again if we visited HCMC.

4박 5일간 이용했는데 숙소는 매우 쾌적하고 넓습니다. 1군으로 가는 데 3km정도로 그랩타고 다녀서 매우 가깝고 주변에 k마트 편의점 과일가게들이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 스마트tv 냉장고 세탁기가 있으며, 샤워호스도 필터가 꽂혀있어 매우 만족스러웟습니다. 다음에도 호치민에 오게되면 꼭 오고싶은 숙소입니다.

Home is located right above a coffeeshop that operates for 24 hours. Great for a coffee when it's just below us. Lively place to live in as alot of young people hang out in the cafe. Room was very clean and new. Great experience.
