QUIET OLD TOWN LOCATION that avoids late night crowds but still just 50 meters away from main promenade street “Kalelarga” and “5 Bunara” square with good restaurant and bars. NICE SUNNY TERRACE perfect for breakfast, dinner, sunbathing and hanging out. ARE YOU MUSICAN? Then you will surely use our Roland digital piano, acoustic Fender guitar, ukulele, djembe, or a bit of a percussion and play yourself a song. LITERATURE FANS will enjoy our book collection by most prominent writers of the region, with translations into EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, and SI. You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. You can always contact us by the phone (number is listed in printed hause manual). The apartment sits in a quiet Old Town location away from the late-night crowds, yet still just 50 meters from the main Kalelarga promenade and 5 Bunara square with its popular restaurant and bars.

Apartment Mikulandra on the beach 4

Apartment Mikulandra 4 new and modern apartment situated on the second floor with its own large terrace and a spectacular sea view. It contains a fully equipped kitchen. It also has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace on the ground floor has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset. There are two sunbads for you. This is NEW & LUXUARY two bedroom apartment situated in Sukosan in only 2 min to the local beach and several other in close proximity as well as the wonderful D-Marin Dalmacija complex. Apartment is located in app 10 minutes drive from the attractive ancient town of Zadar and is only 5 km far from Zadar Airport . It is also available during winter season when our guests can enjoy in active vacation, spend time in nature and visit national parks Plitvice Lakes ,Kornati, Krka Waterfall...

Modern beachfront apartment

Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

Cosy & Romantic Apartment with a Stunning View

Charming and spacious apartment positioned right next to the sea with a huge private front yard. The place is situated close to the romantic old part of the town full of restaurants and cafes, and only a few steps away from the closest beach. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in our beautiful town. You’ll love my place because of its cosiness and the stunning view, which is especially nice in the sunset and in the early morning.

sea is your backyard.Relax

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

Comfortable and spacious

CHECK OUT THE PRICES FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL AND OCTOBER. YOU WILL LIKE IT VERY MUCH! Apartment is located on the first floor. It has 75 m² with spacious living room and 2 balconies. You will get private parking places in the backyard. We will provide you with towels, linen, air conditioner and a small sign of welcome.

Ideally located house in the heart of the city with private garden and parking space. Beautiful decorated for 4 persons. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with cozy living room. House is bright and quiet. All linens and towels are supplied, free wifi.
