Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l appartement de Selim avec nos trois enfants adolescents. L’appartement a été récemment refait, il est bien agencé et très propre. la literie est de bonne qualité. L appartement est bien situé, à proximité à pied des sites de Sultanhameit.

Снял апартаменты уже второй раз, очень доволен персоналом. Спасибо Мадоне и Ахмету за внимание, номера чистые и если есть вопросы бытовые то быстро решаются. На счёт расположения жилья - очень удобное, рядом метро Yenikapi и автобусная остановка, магазины, кафе и вещевой рынок. В 10 минутах ходьбы набережная Мраморного моря. Остался доволен, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. P.S Для любителей готовить дома, в аппараментах есть кухня.

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.
