It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Tao’s home was beautiful and comfortable for our group. The terrace had beautiful views of the Bosporus and the units were decorated with a cool vintage feel. The neighborhood was great and just a quick walk away from the tram. Would recommend, would stay again.

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Istanbul nisantasi, wir sind mit der Lage mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Die Kommunikation war 1A, wir waren 2 Frauen und mussten auch abends zu einer Apotheke da wir am ersten Tag die Gegend noch nicht einschätzen konnten hat Can bey uns begleitet. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben, er war sehr sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben denn auch wer die Unterkunft vermietet spielt eine große Rolle und wir könnten zufriedener nicht sein. Diese Unterkunft werden wir jetzt immer buchen wenn wir in Istanbul sind. Einfach nur top Vielen vielen Dank

We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich toll. Wir sind als Familie mit den Grosseltern und den Kindern gereist und dafür war die Unterkunft ideal. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch und direkt neben dem Galataturm. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Läden direkt um die Ecke. Dennoch war es in dem Apartment ruhig und man konnte sich gut erholen. Die Gastgeber haben immer sehr schnell reagiert und wir haben auch den Transfer von ihnen organisieren lassen. Alles klappte einwandfrei. Alles in allem wirklich eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bei Airbnb jemals gebucht haben.
