Please be aware that we have been advised that the immediate Neighbour in Mid-January 2025 is removing existing house and is to construct new dwelling, so Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm there will be building construction noise. Excluding holiday weekend. Private self-contained unit. Own entrance, Off Street Parking, 1 Queen sized bed. Only 150 mt to beach. Short walk to Main Street, Restaurants & Bars. Wi-Fi available, Smart TV, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Ceral & Fruit, Milk, Tea & Coffee

Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with some great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereals/toast/spreads/milk/juice/tea.coffee etc provided. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Sundays Country Cabin where EVERY DAY'S A SUNDAY

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not make bookings on behalf of others. We prefer the "registered AirBnB guest" to be amongst those persons staying in our accommodation. This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. A well equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of basic meals that can be enjoyed outside on the deck overlooking the tropical garden. A tidy residential area close to beach, suits couples/solo traveller/business. (1-2 guests max). 400m beach, 250m RSA, supermarket, gas station, P.O., local cafes and restaurants, inc Fife Lane. ATM's, bikes, pharmacy, t/aways, laundromat. HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/30 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach.

Country cabin escape perfect star gazing + biking!

Escape to the country at our self-contained cabin with lovely mountain & country views at the base of the Kaimai Ranges. Close to Wairere Falls (7 min drive), Hobbiton Tour from Matamata (28 min drive) & 3 mins ride to cycle trail! Central to Rotorua, Waitomo, Coromandel Peninsula and Auckland. Sleeps two, includes continental breakfast. Dogs welcome! If you are travelling in a van you can park and use bathroom for $50 per night. Contact to enquire :)

Brand new modern private guesthouse with view

Catching full winter sun it has safety and privacy in a quiet neighbourhood with no traffic noise . Convenient undercover, keyless entry with simple four digit number. Enjoy sitting outside at the table and chairs on pavers under the tinted curved pergola. Back sliding door has a level entry bringing the outside paved area level with the tiled floor inside, giving it a clean modern look and comfort.

The Bach

The Bach in rural Ohauiti has views over farmland to the Mount and Tauranga harbour and the Kaimai ranges. Totally self-contained, it is the perfect spot for a refreshing holiday away from city life, yet just 15 minutes from town. Breakfast is included. Ask about long-term self-catering rates. There is an extra bedroom if you are needing two bedrooms.
