Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in Bulls Island State Park in Stockton, NJ, steps from the Delaware river and the footbridge to Lumberville, PA (fine dining). The NJ and PA canal paths offer walks and bike rides of any distance you choose north or south. Walk to Federal Twist Vineyard. A short bike (3 mi) to village of Stockton or a little further to Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, PA (5 mi). Enjoy the best that the area has to offer (arts, antiques, dining and nature).

Durham cottage is a charming 1200 sq. foot house located over a waterway in a beautiful, quiet and historic village. The sound of flowing water is lovely and relaxing. The cottage is a totally renovated house containing a living room, dining room, 1st floor bathroom, large fully outfitted kitchen with gas cooking, and a loft bedroom. Modern heating and A/C. An additional queen size bed can be set up downstairs, if needed. Must be requested in advance to allow for set up. Also a washer/dryer.
