This place was great for our family of 7 (five small children). Clean, easy to get in and a very responsive host. When I had an issue with WiFi, Ali was responsive, provided clear troubleshooting instructions and sent an associate to fix the problem quickly. His recommendations on places to eat were on point and he was ready to link us up with tours of all the major attractions. The location was unbeatable for the Sultanahmet area - walkable to all the major sights (Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar) and easy metro access to other parts of the city. We highly recommend Ali and his place.

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay with family to visit Istanbul

The place was great, a fantastic safe location with everything we needed. We were first timers here and Volkan went above and beyond for us almost daily, providing excellent recommendations and even helping us navigate part of the city via AirBnb chat. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Прекрасный опыт аренды! Хозяин был очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Квартира полностью соответствовала описанию — чистая, уютная и хорошо оборудованная. Особенно порадовало месторасположение: всё необходимое — магазины, кафе, транспорт — в пешей доступности. Спасибо за тёплый приём, с удовольствием вернусь снова!

The space balanced modern comforts (fast Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, plush towels). Everything was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. Our hosts were consummate professionals—always responsive and their genuine hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests. The building sits in the heart of Ortaköy. By day, the streets hum with street‑food vendors selling iconic kumpir (loaded baked potatoes) and fresh waffle cones. By night, a lively scene unfolds: chic cafés, tapas‑style restaurants, and trendy bars spill onto the cobblestones, creating a festive backdrop that never felt overwhelmed. For any couple seeking a blend of romance, culture, and the unparalleled beauty of the Bosphorus, this Ortaköy apartment is the perfect choice. Without hesitation, we recommend for all couples.

Great stay everything is wonderful. Clean and responsive. The location across the crowne is amazing. It close to everything. The bathroom is a bit cramped but it did not bother us. The balcony has windows that slide open. No elevator but a lot of buildings in ortakoy dont. The lady was super helpful and trilingual.

Osman apartments were so clean and nice and was exactly how he described. He was so responsive and we did not have any issue for check in. It was near bazar and a lot of stores near the home. Really recommend the place.

It was a safe and comfortable accommodation for my family. Walkable to Taksim Square for just 5 minutes and you can find every subway and busses there to go wherever you want.

La ubicación es práctica respecto a la conectividad con el aeropuerto y el resto de la ciudad. Hay lugares para comer cercanos, aunque es un poco ruidoso. Safa fue muy atento y valoro muchísimo la limpieza semanal, siempre todo estaba impecable. Había utensilios básicos para resolver una comida ligera. También valoro el sistema de calefacción, puesto que los días que llegamos estaba muy frío en Estambul.

Everything was good except the internet problems for the first couple of days and the noise from the street, if you are sensitive it can be a problem. But the location is very comfortable and you have everything you need for several days staying.

The apartment is situated in a great location, near the Taksim square. It is well equipped inside. The host helped us quickly with any question. It's not enough lights from the outside, but it was not critical. Thanks!

El alojamiento de Emre fue nuestro hogar durante casi tres semanas. Si bien el apartamento es pequeño es muy acogedor y está muy bien organizado. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Estuvimos trabajando desde el apartamento y la conexión al wifi fue muy buena todo el tiempo. Emre se mostró muy amable y respondía rápidamente. Lo recomiendo!
