Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Zimmer auf 43 qm Wohnfläche und damit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz Höhe ca. 2,30m mit Schranke direkt auf dem Grundstück.
