This light and clean apartment is located in a tranquil area in the heart of Berlin. Conveniently situated for transport connections, close to Alexanderplatz. Modern, comfortable furnishings. Private parking spaces at the building (requires a reservation). The apartment has super-fast fibre optic broadband Wifi. Linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our Einfach Plus Minilofts are 32sqm studio apartments ideal for up to 2 people + 1 baby. These open-space lofts have a queen-size bed (160 x 200cm), a kitchenette with a large wooden table for eating or working, and finally, an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.

1 - ROOM- APARTMENT: Our beautiful very central studios (1 ROOM in 3 different layouts) for 1 to 4 people are situated right on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, only a short walk from the TV tower. Our studios are very comfortable for 2 people. However, there is space for up to 2 additional people on a sofa bed. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift).

This modern apartment is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 categories of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All apartments are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
