Mitten in Berlin so grün! Zur S- und U-Bahn 7 min!

Nur ca. 7 Minuten von der S- und U-Bahn Station "Wuhletal" entfernt ist Berlin-Kaulsdorf,bis vor 100 Jahren ein Dorf,nun einer der grünsten Ortsteile der City.Hier ist Dein großzügiges Reihenendhaus in einer kleinen Hofanlage mit Villa, Reihenhaus mit 6 Parteien,den Carports, großem Garten und Zugang zu einem Feld,wo man eine ausgedehnte Joggingtour machen kann. Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man schnell. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 600 m entfernt,weitere in etwa 1 km.Biomarkt 2 km/1 U Bahn-Station.

Apt "sun kiss" in the best city location

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + nice city view + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

On 2nd floor: Charming 2-rooms-Apartement at former inner city airport, now a huge park. Big bedroom, living room with foldable sofa bed, bath, cooking zone. Public transport: U-/S-Bahnhof "Tempelhof", 3 mins, 6 stops to "Stadtmitte", Bus 140 –>Ostbahnhof, night bus line, car: no environment badge needed, A100 Exit "Tempelhofer Damm", speed reduced-30km-Zone, parking free. Berlin visitors are obliged to pay an additional Tourism tax. It is 5%, but can be avoided when on a buisness trip.

Cosy flat near Tempelhofer Feld

Just a ten-minute walk from the city's largest park, Tempelhofer Feld, this flat is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet location with good public transport connections. Surrounded by shops and is just 5 minutes away from the nearest underground station and direct from the airport by train(SBahn). The bus takes you within minutes to cool spots such as Kreuzberg and the underground (Ubahn) takes you to the more touristy areas like Mitte in just 15 min. Queer friendly ♥️

Ferienhaus Bischof Berlin

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. S-Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im idyllischen Dahme-Seen-Gebiet in ruhiger, naturbelassener Lage zwischen Wald und Wasser. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind sehr schnell erreichbar. (Waldwanderungen, Naturbadestrände, Boots & Angeltouren, Ausflüge in den Spreewald, Tropical Island und in die City von Berlin) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Gaststätten, Friseur, Arzt, Apotheke, sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Autobahnanschluss (A10 / A 12) liegt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Cosy flat at Boxhagener Platz

A spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. The place is very cosy to stay at, it's ideally located 100m away from Boxhagener Platz in an adjacent street, so you could experience the lively atmosphere of one of the best spots in Berlin and at the same time have it quite and peaceful at night, the bedroom windows are facing the backyard. The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.

Cosy flat in trendy Sprengelkiez (legal)

Two bedroom flat, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 4. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Wedding is part of the central district (Mitte) but it is a generally quiter area than Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.
