Zu dritt gebucht hat jeder sein eigenes Bett und das Schlafsofa bleibt als zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeit erhalten. Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Wer nach einer individuellen Unterkunft sucht und evtl. die Auszeit nutzen möchte, um einen kleinen Gitarren oder Songwriterworkshop in professionellem Tonstudio mit Stargeschichte zu machen - ist bei uns genau richtig <3.

Willkommen im Süden Berlins. In unserem großen Einfamilienhaus stellen wir zwei Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung. Das Gästebad ist ausschließlich unseren Airbnb-Gästen vorbehalten. In der Küche findest du Utensilien für ein kleines Frühstück (Müsli/Kaffee/Tee), welches du dir gerne selber bereiten kannst. Zum Brandenburger Tor gibt es eine direkte S-Bahn Verbindung (15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Den S-Bahnhof Marienfelde erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten. Allergikerinfo: wir haben eine (Outdoor) Katze.
