Light and quiet apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Light and quiet apartment for a good rest after exploring the city. Available for you is a spacious bedroom, plus a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Great, easygoing and safe neighborhood, with lot's of cafe's and places to eat within walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE currently there are construction works going on the roof of the building. (not inside the apartment) On some days this can cause serious noise. Also there is scaffolding around the building, where workers might walk around** see pic

Einfaches Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Direkt an der S5

Willkommen in Berlin Mahlsdorf! Hier wartet eine schlichte Einzimmerwohnung mit Bad auf Dich. Der Ort ist eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem gut angebunden: 5 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn nach Köpenick 7 Gehminuten bis zur S-Bahnstation Mahlsdorf 35 Minuten mit der Linie S5 bis zum Alexanderplatz Direkt an der Bundesstraße 1. Trotz allem ist es ruhig hier. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist vom Haus getrennt und mit einem eigenem Schlüssel ausgestattet. Kommt vorbei!

Aufgeteilt in 2 große lichtdurchflutete Zimmer erwartet Dich eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung - inkl. kleiner Arbeitsplatz am Fenster- mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse inmitten unserer kleinen grünen Oase. Die Wohnung befindete sich im Erdgeschoss. Hinter dem Haus stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 15 min vom Flughafen BER entfernt. Ein Shuttleserivice ist nach Absprache möglich.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! It is also suitable for a family with children and has a disable access lift. There is only one bedroom! The 3rd person sleeps in the living room. The flat is 60m2 Registrier Nr. 01/Z/RA/017608-24

Cosy & bright 70kw attic in the coolest area

Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
