Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Modern, luxury & calm apartment at the Berlin Wall

A brand new building & modern apartment.It has high ceilings (more than 3m high),underfloor heating, ceiling spots,a luxury kitchen &a modern bathroom. All interior & furniture is brand new.The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin,right next to the Spree river &the Berlin Wall.Train stations are nearby (5min walk). A real Berlin experience.The apartment has one bedroom (for2) & a sleeping couch in the living area,which is good for 2 as well.Please make yourself at home & feel comfortable!

Übernachten in historischen Gemäuern? Modernen Komfort genießen? In der Sonne im gemütlichen Garten entspannen? In direkter Nähe vom Park Sansscouci? - All das gibt´s hier! Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Central flat near Alex with fiber optic Internet

This light and clean apartment is located in a tranquil area in the heart of Berlin. Conveniently situated for transport connections, close to Alexanderplatz. Modern, comfortable furnishings. Private parking spaces at the building (requires a reservation). The apartment has super-fast fibre optic broadband Wifi. Linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Die 112qm große 3-Raum-EG-Wohnung liegt direkt am Dämeritzsee in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge und auf das Berliner Ufer, den Sie von der sehr großen, teils begrünten Terrasse genießen können. Vom Hauseingang führen Stufen zum See mit Steganlage und Badeleiter. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Gäste, die Berlin erleben möchten, aber auch Entspannung suchen und den Seeblick genießen wollen Der Regio fährt 25 min. zur Stadtmitte.

Berlin Neukölln is colorful. The Richard district itself is part of Rixdorf a former small village , which was gradually absorbed by the growing city of Berlin. The tiny lovely spot called Rixdorf is now trapped between Sonnenallee and Karl Marx Str. Everything here is within walking distance. Whether you feel like listening to an opera , swimming or going on the roof-top of the Klunkerkranich. Bars invite you to linger. There are plenty of culinary delights and lot's of green.

Three Room Apartment

Willkommen im Three Room Appartement in Berlin. Diese großzügige Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien, ein Treffen unter Freunden oder für Geschäftsreisende geeignet. Sie ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Durch die großen Fenster dringt viel Licht in die Zimmer, was eine schöne, wohnliche Atmosphäre erzeugt - ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort in der hektischen Großstadt Berlin. Mundschutz und Desinfektionsmittel sind ebenfalls im Apartment vorhanden.
