This spacious open-plan house is the perfect space to gather with friends and family, or have a relaxing weekend retreat exploring historic Berkeley Springs. Our home is secluded enough to give you plenty of privacy but close enough to walk or bike to town. With views of West Virginia’s mountain landscape in the distance, you can't go wrong. We can house up to 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 1 k, 2 Q & 1T beds. I am always a phone call away and will do my best to make you feel at home.

Sweet 2 bedroom bungalow. Cozy, ideal for lovers, or a quiet beautiful somewhat rustic retreat environment. Rooster has 1 full bath. Living room with satellite TV, Netflix; wood burning stove fireplace, wood provided, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, linens and starter paper goods furnished. Large deck and screen porch looking out on Cacapon Mountain. Hot tub off master bedroom deck in trees, feels like a tree house. Many mornings mist rises up from river, half mile away as crow flies.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !
