Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment at Laschenskygut is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct and free bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, ein Lift ist vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.

It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.
