Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Sie befindet sich mitten im Naherholungsgebiet der Stadt Salzburg und ist von mehreren kleinen Seen (u.a. auch kostenloser Badesee) umgeben. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Stilvolle 115m² DG-Wohnung mit herrlichem Seeblick

50m vom Seeufer entfernt, befindet sich das „Sonnengütl“, ein umgebautes, altes Bauernhaus, umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten, ausgerichtet nach Süden und zum See, gelegen im Wengl, einer ruhigen und sehr sonnigen Lage in St.Gilgen. Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

Neue, gemütliche, sehr helle und offene Dachgeschoss Wohnung in Seenähe. Separater Eingang, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Urlaub im gemütlichen Zirkuswagen am Chiemsee.

Genieße deinen Urlaub im Zirkuswagen auf unserem Grundstück. Vor dem Zirkuswagen befindet sich ein "kleiner Garten" mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, die je nach Befindlichkeit genutzt werden können. Wir wohnen am Ortsrand von Breitbrunn, ca. 800m vom Chiemsee entfernt. Dieser ist auch zu Fuß auf wunderschönen Wegen schnell zu erreichen. Breitbrunn ist ein kleines Dorf umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern und Seen.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
