500 sq ft, Centrally located in Albany, blocks from the historic downtown district and a short drive from anything else in town. Short walk from a beautiful river trail/bike path. 1 spacious bedroom w queen bed (1 fold up twin on request) 2 smart tvs & WiFi, kitchenette (please know this isn’t a full kitchen). This is our back house and you may see us but we will give you all the privacy you want! We have 2 dogs that like to roam. We are near the train, you will hear it going by.

Life on the fringe! Located 1 mile west of the Beaver's stadium; enjoy a surprisingly quiet, rural feel. Private parking; entry is up one flight of stairs. Birds galore (including 3 chickens) and views from sunrise to sunset from second story balcony. Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.
