Comfortable, quiet, 2 bedroom (optional 3rd), 2 full bath home walking distance to shopping, playground, pool, & bus stops on a tree-lined street. The beds are 12" firm memory foam with mattress covers and hypoallergenic bedding to insure a peaceful sleep. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one has attached full bath. There is a 3rd bedroom available if you select "5 guests". The dining room has a large oak dining table and seats 6. There is a large backyard and covered patio.

The neighborhood is quiet and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No noise or lights allowed outside of the house between 10 pm and 7 am.

We moved to the wooded mountains to find some solitude and quiet from the busyness of life. We hope that you too will find this space a place of rest. This cozy modern tiny home sits in a beautiful setting soaking up the sunshine on the edge of the woods. You will enjoy a fenced private yard with fire pit and bbq and also have shared access to the small river, wooded trails and sheep and chickens on our property as well as the wineries, trails and other activities near by.

Nicely finished 1400 sq ft lower level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with gas fireplace, tv, table and chairs, lots of windows, large kitchen/dining area, washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and rocking chair. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a tv. Blow up mattresses are available too if you need more beds. Close to Fred Meyer and campus, lots of street parking. We live upstairs, but you have your own private entrance.

Cozy Campus Getaway

This quiet attached room is located on a dead end street close to OSU. The gas fireplace gives this large, one room, one bathroom space a cozy feel. The separate entrance and free parking add to the privacy and convenience. The many windows face a large private backyard that has a park like feel. The patio and attached yard is only available for use by guests through prior arrangements with owner. The oversized couch is big enough for two to sleep on.
