Luxurious apartment next to the sea

The apartment is next to the sea (the +50m2 terrace offers an unlimited direct view on the sea) and is part of the luxurious residence Infinity View (with 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi's, fitness, sauna, steam bath, childrens’ playground, tennis-, paddel- and basketball courts). One pool and 2 jacuzzi’s are heated throughout the whole year. Complete and luxurious finishing and parking space (Number 6B). You can avoid the stairs to the beach by using an elevator to street level.

Pool is always open but not climatized. 123 m2 apartment with 30m2 Terrace, high quality household, first coastal line and really close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets All rooms have sea view, desktop and ethernet plug Adjustable office chair for teleworkers, perfect for software developers No Car needed Electric blinds and awnings Very Good Quality Sound System and TV Children friendly You can find more luxe but none as close to water and comfortable as this

Apartamento céntrico a 2 min de la playa de Levante y del puerto. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones (cama de 135cm y cama de 90cm), balcón, aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las estancias, ideal para una estancia cómoda en cualquier época del año. Dispone de internet de fibra de 600 Mb y WiFi. Ubicado junto al Castillo, con todos los servicios alrededor. Nota: Es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero su ubicación y comodidades lo hacen perfecto para disfrutar de Santa Pola.

Atico muy luminoso y confortable totalmente reformado, con una gran terraza con vistas al Castillo de Santa Barbara. Consta de Cocina-Salón totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios uno con baño incorporado y otro baño en el pasillo. Tiene wifi y Aire Acondicionado y barbacoa en terraza. Este Atico es muy recomendable para familias, personas que quieran pasar unos días y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Lovely apartment in the city center (with parking)

This apartment is well located in a quiet area of the city center near the river. It has air conditioning in all rooms, full equipment for cooking, iron machine, 2 beautiful bathrooms, high speed internet and Netflix. The surroundings have all the services you need; supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, cinema, 24h shop. etc. Parking is included in the price.
